Approvals and Payments

Now that we have your project ready, we will walk with you to inspect every detail of the renovation. We have already previously walked on numerous inspections before you have to, insuring you won’t be disappointed in your new space. A list will be shared from our walk with pictures and before and after showing work has been completed. A Final inspection will take place and everyone will be happy. We don’t stop until the work is done and everyone agrees it looks amazing.

Payment Schedules:

A design fee is taken after initial designs and consultation is agreed upon. The fee varies with the size and complexity of the project.

Material and Construction payments:

When the contract is signed and a start date has been established - A 35% payment of the contract price is paid upon signing. This is for mobilization, materials ordered, labor scheduled and general conditions.

The length of the project will determine how we schedule the payments. Most kitchen and bath projects have 3 payments - 35% contract date, Mid point 35% and Completion 30%

Projects that are longer will be set up on a monthly draw for work completed.
